As Cincinnati's leading specialist in rare and collectible BMW M vehicles, they needed a website that would not only showcase their inventory but also communicate their deep technical expertise and commitment to excellence. The existing website failed to capture the sophistication of their brand and the exceptional quality of their restoration and service work.
Approach
Our team began by immersing ourselves in EAG's world, spending time at their facility to understand their meticulous approach to vehicle restoration and sales. We conducted extensive interviews with their master technicians, sales team, and long-time clients to grasp the full spectrum of user needs. This research revealed that potential buyers weren't just looking for vehicles – they were seeking assurance of authenticity, detailed documentation, and evidence of EAG's renowned attention to detail.

We developed a comprehensive digital strategy that would mirror the precision and excellence found in every aspect of EAG's physical operations. Our design approach focused on creating an interface that would feel as refined and purposeful as the vehicles themselves, with careful attention to typography, spacing, and interaction design that echoed BMW's own design philosophy.
