Process Quickly, a startup founded by a New York-based therapist, approached Magnet to create a brand and web application that could provide users with a personalized and therapeutic experience using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). The challenge was to design and build a web application that could provide users with an engaging and interactive experience while being easy to use.
Approach
Magnet's approach to the project was comprehensive and methodical, with a focus on understanding the client's needs and goals to create a web application that could meet those requirements. The initial phase involved an extensive discovery process to understand the client's vision and goals for the web application, which included identifying the target audience and gaining a clear understanding of their needs and preferences.
In addition, market research was conducted to identify the competition and understand the existing CBT-based therapy solutions available in the market. This research was used to create wireframes and user flows to plan out the user journey and create a user-friendly interface. A content strategy was developed with the goal of providing informative and engaging content to users. An SEO audit was also conducted to ensure that the website could be easily discovered by potential users on search engines. The project was guided by a strategic plan that outlined the key milestones, timelines, and resources required for successful completion. Lastly, a branding sprint was conducted to identify user personas and map out the appropriate strategy.
Implementation
Upon completion of the planning and design stages, Magnet transitioned to the implementation phase. This involved creating content that was both engaging and informative, resonating with the target audience and addressing their unique needs and pain points. They also developed mood boards to establish the visual language and design elements that would align with the brand and appeal to the target audience. Another key aspect was the creation of storyboards to map out the user journey and ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
The implementation phase also encompassed the design of a user-friendly interface that incorporated the essential features and functionalities to deliver a personalized and therapeutic experience to users. Custom graphics and illustrations were created that aligned with the brand and resonated with the target audience. The process also involved the incorporation of motion design elements to enhance user engagement and interactivity. Lastly, Magnet implemented a scalable design system that could be easily maintained in the future.
Outcome
The new web application created by Magnet successfully helped Process Quickly achieve their goals of providing a unique and interactive CBT-based therapy experience to users. The website received positive feedback from users, resulting in an increase in customer retention and sales. The website also improved organic search engine ranking, resulting in an increase in traffic and leads.
